Movement with Meaning
Southside Yoga Studio is a holistic movement and mindset training studio specializing in neurodiversity-affirming practices. We offer small-group classes and private sessions designed to help individuals increase mobility, personal capacity, and emotional attunement through yoga-based movement and meditation.
Founded by Alexis, a lifelong mover with a rich background in ballet, modern dance, philosophy, and literature, the studio blends evidence-based techniques with a deep respect for individual experience and autonomy. Alexis brings over 20 years of yoga practice and retreat experience, along with dual 200-hour Yoga Alliance certifications, to every class. Southside Yoga is more than a studio—it’s a space for transformation, grounded in informed consent, shared creativity, and personal growth.
